Red Cross Blood Drive Hosted by Canterbury Historical Society

Beginning a number of years ago, the Canterbury Historical Society developed the tradition of hosting an annual Red Cross blood drive in Canterbury. This year's will be on Monday, June 28, and we hope you will take part.

Donor appointments can be scheduled by calling 1-800-RED-CROSS (1-800-733-2767). Walk-ins are welcome, but donors with appointments will be taken first and the walk-ins worked in.

Please consider donating blood or helping out in other ways, such as telling your family and friends about the blood drive, or donating time, snacks, or funds for snacks.

We need volunteers to bake (we are known for our snacks!); to donate cereal bars and fresh fruit such as oranges, grapes, apples, pineapple, etc.; and to help out on-site in two-hour shifts.
